I was attending a Pretty In Thrift vintage shopping event at my beloved Housing Works Thrift Shop at their Soho location and remember seeing a very sweet and stylish lady. A week later I saw her again at the Manhattan Vintage show. She immediately remembered my face but with the craziness of the day and being mesmerized by her vintage pieces at the show I didn't immediately remember where we had previously seen each other. But after chatting for a few minutes we figured out that we’d seen each other the week prior at the Housing Works Thrift Shop event in Soho. I felt an instant connection as the clothes in her booth were bright and fun just the way I like them. Also she was kindest and sweetest person ever with an outstanding eye for fashion. Her name is Mary Ann and she runs Maison Jadis in Soho in New York City.
Maison Jadis is full of amazing, colorful and fun vintage pieces. I’m all about color and have a thing for bright, statement-making 60’s and 70s dresses. This shop is full of them along with an amazing selection of perfectly curated pieces for every party you’re going to, any occasion when you need something new to look your very best or everyday pieces to make a true fashion statement. Also the shoes, handbags and accessories are really special. This is truly a one-stop vintage shopping destination for all your fashion needs.
Head over to Maison Jadis for the perfect vintage shopping experience! With this shop’s well curated and color coordinated racks and vintage expert, Mary Ann, you will surely leave the shop with the perfect outfit or two. I’m hooked on this vintage shop. I’m in love with all it’s stunning statement dresses and skirts and it’s one of the best well curated vintage shops I've even seen.
