Comfy & Chic Christmas Outfit

Well, hello! So sorry for the radio silence. It literally feels like ages since my last blog post. It seriously hurts not to be posting new blog posts every week, mostly because I remember how so many people used to compliment me for being so consistent with blogging and posting on social media. As per usual I had to take a break after my summer vacation and then another break after New York Fashion Week. It’s just been so hard to get back into the swing of blogging and all work that comes along with it.

I’ve been struggling mostly with just adulting, finding balance, motivation and often times inspiration. In addition to that, I’ve been battling anemia which I was diagnosed with right before my summer vacay. I haven’t shared that info with pretty much anyone...So now you know why I haven’t been doing photoshoots, have been turning down blogger meetups and all kinds of fun parties and events. I just haven’t had the energy or strength. After three years of blogging and taking on so much while trying to find balance and sanity, I’ve literally being forced to slow down. I’m now an advocate of moving at whatever pace is workable for me which means saying no to a lot of things.

Although I’m tired like most of the time, vintage clothes, shopping and putting together fun, retro outfits really pick me up and still give me life! I scored this epic gold blouse from Prizes for Arla at East Village Vintage Collective. And this sweet teal blazer was the best score from Housing Works Thrift Shops at their Pretty In Thrift shopping event. I did the perfect Christmas plaid. red and green look last year in my Merry Christmas post but love this chic, comfy and festive look that could be worn all winter long.

Have a very Merry Christmas babes!! I heart you so much!!
